But here’s a startling revelation: Even as a staggering 79% of organizations tap into cutting-edge technology for last-mile delivery, a significant number falter. The culprit? E-commerce is booming, but are businesses genuinely reaping the rewards? With half the customers disgruntled over delivery timelines and several facing challenges like handling demand spikes and a dearth of actionable data, it’s evident there’s much room for improvement.
